Dave is such an amazing DJ! With the wide variety of music we like, I was worried that it would be hard to find a DJ that was able to have the perfect playlist. Dave exceeded our expectations and was able to keep the dance floor going all night! Our night didn’t go seamlessly, we originally had the DJ equipment set up outside on the deck but it got cold and windy quickly! Dave pulled me aside and asked how I felt about moving the dance floor inside to make sure everyone was able to continue to dance and have a good time but ultimately he was willing to do whatever I wanted. I agreed that it would be best to move everything and Dave made it happen! You will definitely not have any regrets if you hire Dave as your DJ!

Dave was our DJ for our wedding and he EXCEEDED ALL EXPECTATIONS! He was absolutely incredible and had our dance floor packed all night! He had a perfect mix of all types of music, and our guests have not stopped telling us how much fun they had at our wedding because our DJ was that good! When I began my search for DJ’s I started at the regular bridal fairs where places like Complete Music were offering their services. I knew that I had been to weddings they did before and I just felt that there was something majorly missing. The crowd would come on and off the floor just as quick as the music was played and for me, that was not how I envisioned my wedding night. I was referred to this DJ service via a friend, who used them for their wedding. To be honest, the music at my reception wasn’t that big of a deal to me from the get-go…until I realized just how awesome DJ Shif-D was! Not only did he encourage us to customize our event playlist, but he also was doubly sure to make sure that all parts of the evening were covered, from ceremony through shut-down. He got my entire family up onto the dance floor (without being obnoxious, because we all know sometimes MC’s can be obnoxious), and helped us deliver a fun, but classy evening for our family and friends. Pricing was reasonable, communication was A+, and he followed up in the days after our wedding to make sure we were satisfied and happy with how everything went. We customized our playlist, as well as had a cooky schedule (we cut our cake as soon as we were announced, my sisters sang our first dance song, etc.) without blinking an eye. Best decision!

I have been to several weddings in the past few years where nobody is on the dance floor, and the party ends pretty early. Not with DJ Shif-D! He traveled a long way to be at my wedding (Omaha to Las Vegas), but he had energy to spare and kept me and my guests dancing all night.
